A Connecticut licensed real estate broker, Steve has been active in sales, location leases, and concept development of restaurants throughout CT for more than twenty three years. Steve was born and raised in the restaurant industry, with his family owning and managing six restaurants in CT, and has worked in every aspect of restaurant management. Edward vanVeen Associate Edward cut his teeth in the restaurant business working both the front and back of the house before settling behind the line for several years. His drive and proffessional nature led him in becoming a local business owner. After 20 years of running a successful business, Edward merged his talents with Capital Restaurant Group. Edward has a strong knowledge of, and appreciation for the art of restaurant-deal making. His mix of ethics and business skills has a natural association with the restaurant industry and the restaurant brokerage process. His honest, straight forward style helps to keep all sides of the negotiations informed, at ease and ready to close.
